Sarah Franklin: Founder & Education/Training Officer

Sarah is a passionate advocate for Service Dogs and their Owner/Handlers.  She's a loving wife and mother of two. Sarah is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Campbell University.  She saw a need for proper education and training regarding ADA guidelines of Service Dogs and their Owners/Handlers for the general public (Businesses, Schools etc.) in our local area after her Service Dog was attacked in public (at the Mall) by a FAKE Service Dog; the handler dropped the leash and let his dog "SD" attack her Service Dog in the middle of the mall.    Meet Sarah and her Service Dog Piper (Great Pyrenees), to the left.

Britney Allen: Founder & Program Senior Dog Trainer

Britney is a Marine Corps Veteran.  She is a local Independent Dog Trainer here in Jacksonville, NC., she is our resident expert regarding Service Dog training.  She specializes in the training of Mobility and Psychiatric Service Dogs.  Britney is attending the University of North Carolina, Wilmington (UNCW) where she is pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Social Work.  Her passion is helping others to live their best life possible.  She believes that she can achieve that through volunteering her time and donating her services for training Service Dogs and their Owner/Handler.  Meet Britney and her (now retired) Service Dog Niko (Belgian Malinois) to your right.

Jennifer Greene: Founder & Program Screening Officer

Jennifer is a retired Navy Veteran who served as a Yeoman & rate converted Hospital Corpsman.  She is a loving wife and mother of three.  Jennifer obtained her Bachelors of Science in Psychology, in the Spring of 2019 from Campbell University.  She is enrolled into Walden University for her Master's Program; MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Military Families & Culture.  Jennifer works as a Work-Study (when in school) for the Veteran Affairs, Vocational Rehabilitation Program onboard MCCS Camp Lejeune, NC within the Wounded Warrior Battalion, where she witnessed how disabled veterans benefited from Service Dogs (not just for mobility, but also psychiatric reasons), especially from the presence of her own Service Dog, as clients came into her office/space.  Her passion is to bring together a Paw PalZ For Service Veterans, Inc. Service Dog & Training FREE of charge to Disabled Service Veterans!  Meet Jennifer, her Service Dog Padme (Lab/Australian Cattle Dog mix) and yes that is also Herschel Walker, to your left.

Elizabert Crockett: Founder & Administrative Assistant

Elizabeth is a retired Navy veteran. She obtained her Associates of Science from Coastal Carolina Community College, Spring of 2019, the stepping stone to pursuing her dreams of becoming a Veterinarian.  Her passion is to see her fellow Service Veteran brothers and sisters heal with Service Dogs by their sides, so that they may live their best life dealing with their mobility and/or psychiatric disabilities.  Meet Elizabeth, her Service Dog Zulu (the black Lab mix) and Lexi (her Best Friend's Great Pyrenees), to your left.

Rhamon Edwards: Assistant Education & Training Officer

Rhamon is an Active Duty CPL in the United States Marine Corps.  He serves Paw PalZ For Service Veterans as the Assistant Education & Training Officer.  He is Sarah's right hand here in Jacksonville, NC since she has relocated to FL.
